At ParkWhiz, we strive to serve parking operators by providing tools to help maximize yield per space. But despite the wave of mobility technology, we have learned that some of the biggest challenges operators face are how to equip on-site staff to manage day-to-day operations and how to quickly support customers.
To ease the job for attendants on the ground, we’re rolling out our newly enhanced mobile attendant app, making it easier than ever for parking operators to track inventory and check in incoming ParkWhiz customers.
The app’s refreshed user interface allows attendants to easily tally current and future reservations in real time, eliminating the risk of overselling spaces. The improved search functionality makes it simpler to search bookings by license plate, reservation ID, or customer name and view full reservation details. The built-in QR scanner lets attendants quickly check in drivers—an essential feature for processing high volumes of customers when staff is limited.
While we expect this update will make the ParkWhiz experience for operators more robust, we don’t plan on stopping there. As with our app for drivers, our goal is to develop new and better tools to support our partners and remove the pain points they experience. We look forward to playing our part in helping operators thrive as mobility technology becomes increasingly woven into the fabric of the parking industry.
